Prospective session organizers should submit their projects by August 1st. The conference organisers will automatically confirm receipt, and confirm acceptance a short time later.
Last Deadline for Abstract Submission
August 1st, 2019

Prospective delegates should submit their abstracts according to the Guidelines for authors. The organizers will automatically confirm receipt, and confirm acceptance a short time later.
Notification of accepted proposals
August 15, 2019
Conference organizers will formally confirm acceptance of selected abstracts and sessions.
Delegates may request letters of acceptance to arrange funding and visa applications.
Early-bird Registration open
Deadline: September 15, 2019
Early-bird registration will open until 15 September. Beyond this deadline, including onsite registration, an increase of 25% is applicable.
Provisional Conference programme available
October 10, 2019
The provisional conference programme will be shared with delegates on 10 October. Delegates presenting oral presentations are invited to make necessary corrections and request final changes. Requests are to be addressed to ceres.centre@gmail.com by 15 October.
The final conference programme will be displayed on the conference homepage by 20 October. Delegates may make later changes on the SES2019 homepage at any time, but not in the programme booklet. Logistical arrangements are made and announced simultaneously.
Deadline for Full paper submission
October 15, 2019
Delegates who wish to publish their research after the Conference venue are invited to submit a full paper upon acceptance of their abstract. Preselected and peer-reviewed papers will be considered for publication in a set of contributed volumes to be edited by global publishers (Springer and Routledge).
Chapters' authors will be provided with either a soft or hard copy of published volumes according to publishing contracts..
