Registration Procedure
Please consider these instructions during the registration process:

-
By reference to categories of delegates to which you belong, please transfer the registration fees via a BANK TRANSFER and send us the scanned DEBIT ADVICE delivered by your bank (not the transfer order) via email: ceres.centre@gmail.com. After confirmation of the transfer, the Organizing board, and upon request, will send you back the PAYMENT INVOICE.
-
Please make sure not to include the bank transfer cost as a part of registration fees. The cost covers intermediary banks’ service charges. All bank charges for remittances are to be borne by the participant. Failure to pay this fee will result in an incomplete registration and concerned delegates will be required to pay an extra amount during the onsite registration.
-
Registration is based on the number of papers to be presented by each delegate. Registration for each paper and for each participant is required. In case a delegate presents two or more papers as lead author, the first presentation requires the full registration, the other ones benefit from a 25% discount.
-
To benefit from the PhD Student Status, with preferential registration tarif, concerned delegates should submit a formal and updated proof delivered by their institution when sending the Debit Advice. Scanned copies of relevant proofs should be sent to ceres.centre@gmail.com. In case no proof is sent, the full registration fees will apply.
-
Delegates who have registered to the Conference and are unable to attend due to any reason will not be refunded due to the legal constraint to make bank transfer from Morocco to other countries. However, the same delegates may benefit from the post-conference publication opportunities in case their full papers are accepted by the Peer-review committee.
